Please be present or contactable at the delivery address during the delivery date and time that you have specified in your order. By being present or contactable, you allow our awesome delivery partners to do their job in a timely manner and we can avoid delaying our other customers’ deliveries. If you can’t be present, please ensure that someone is there to receive your meals on your behalf.
If nobody is present at the specified delivery address
Our delivery partners will attempt to contact you (with the contact details specified in your order) and wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If there is still nobody to receive your order, your package will be placed at your doorstep so that our delivery partners can proceed with the rest of the deliveries. As such, we will not be liable for any spoilage of our products. You are advised to retrieve your meals and store them in the freezer as soon as possible or before the timeframe of your delivery ends, whichever is earlier.

If you live in a private estate, such as a condominium, with manned security points
Please ensure that you have given the security personnel of your private estate notice that you are expecting a delivery from Yummy Bros. By placing an order and in the case where you are not present at the specified private estate or are uncontactable, you agree to authorise our delivery partners to place your order by your doorstep with the assistance of your private estate’s security personnel.
If our delivery partners are unable to deliver due to (i) your absence and are unable to reach your doorstep due to the refusal or absence of your estate’s security personnel, or (ii) the wrong address provided
In the interest of food safety, we will not be able to return your meals to our kitchen(s) or retrieve the meals from the wrong address that you provided and re-deliver it. In the event we are unable to complete your delivery because our delivery partner was not able to reach your doorstep, your order will be forfeited. In the event that you provided a wrong address and the delivery has been completed, you will need to make your own arrangements to retrieve the meals.
All the above can be prevented if you or someone on your behalf is present at the specified delivery address and is contactable during the delivery timeframe.
Delays due to unforeseen circumstances
Due to varying traffic and weather conditions, our delivery partners might arrive at your address 30-60mins earlier/later than the specified time frame. In such cases, our awesome delivery partners will keep you notified via SMS/Whatsapp of their location so as to minimize the inconvenience caused.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused.
Please note that you are unable to cancel your order once it has been successfully placed on our website. However, if you need to reschedule your delivery, you have the following options:
- Before the Cut-Off Time of Your Selected Delivery Slot:
You can change your delivery slot by logging into your account and navigating to your order history page. To change your delivery address, contact number, & other recipient details, please email us.
- After the Cut-Off Time of Your Selected Delivery Slot:
An administration fee of $9 will be chargeable for rescheduling your delivery or changing your delivery address after the cut-off timing of your scheduled delivery. Your delivery can only be rescheduled to time slots within your order's cut-off schedule1. Written confirmation and payment of administration fee has to be made by:
- 1pm on the day itself to make changes to 7pm-10pm delivery on Mon, Wed, Thu, & Sun.
- 5pm on the previous day to make changes to 10am-1pm delivery on Mon & Thu.
For rescheduling of delivery or changing of delivery address after the respective cut-off timing, you may send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of PayNow transfer of $9 to UEN 201908642G under Gym Bros Pte. Ltd.
Please note that if you wish to make changes to your order, such as adding or changing items, the new order total in monetary value has to be higher than before the changes. Existing or expired discounts that were applied to the order will NOT be applied on added items. Requests for such changes must be made to us at least 3 hours before the order’s delivery date cut-off time.
Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges for our food products.
We make it a point to treat our customers with utmost respect and courtesy. We remind our delivery bros to treat our Yummy Army like family and we lead by example. So, please be courteous and polite to them. If any of our delivery bros are rude to you, please inform us at email@example.com. At the same time, our delivery bros have the right to deny you of your meal if you choose to break this simple rule.
When collecting your order from any of our collection points, the order confirmation email containing your order ID has to be shown to the location staff to collect your order.
It is important that you check that the order belongs to you by verifying the name and order ID indicated on the bag containing your order.
Once you have collected your order and stepped out of the collection point, the location staff will not be able to take back the order you’ve picked up and exchange it for you in the interest of food safety and hygiene. So, please check properly, okay?
Authorizing someone to collect your order on your behalf
You can appoint someone else to collect your order on your behalf by forwarding a copy of the order confirmation email to him/her/them. Please also inform the authorized person who is collecting your order to ensure that he/she/they receive the correct bag of order from the collection point’s staff.
If your order is not collected within your selected collection time slot and date
As food safety and hygiene is of utmost importance to us, your order will be forfeited and disposed if collection is not done within the selected date and time slot.
As we partner with local businesses who might not have enough space for freezer facilities, we have equipped them with high-quality insulation to keep your order frozen. However, there is a limited time that these insulation tools can maintain freezing temperatures. Therefore, it is important that you collect your order within your collection time slot and date. So, please collect in time, okay?
Making changes to your Click & Collect location, date, and time slot
You can make changes to your Click & Collect location, date and time slot by dropping us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that changes can only be made BEFORE the cut-off time of your selected Click & Collect date. i.e. before Tuesday 6pm for Wednesday/Thursday collections, before Friday 6pm for Sunday/Monday collections.
Please give us ample time to make the change for you, if needed. So, kindly drop us an email before Tuesday/Friday 4pm for changes. We cannot guarantee that your changes will be made if we receive your request after 4pm.
There will strictly be NO CHANGES allowed to your Click & Collect location, date, and time slot after the cut-off time of your selected Click & Collect date.
