One day while reminiscing about mama's cooking, we got inspired. For some reason, food by the folks at home tastes the best! One of our favourites is Sesame Oil Chicken!

The fragrant aroma of sesame and ginger never fails to create a voracious appetite in us. Our goal is to bring you the same effect with Yummy Sesame Oil Chicken!

Home-cooked meals are such a <strong class="slate-bold">HUGE</strong> source of inspiration for us! Did you know that sesame oil is full of antioxidants and vitamin E? These are great for fighting free radicals (the bad guys) in our bodies, which can reduce the risk of developing chronic diseases.</p><p class="slate-p"><strong class="slate-bold">Sesame oil</strong> also contains <em class="slate-italic"><strong class="slate-bold">omega-3</strong></em> and <em class="slate-italic"><strong class="slate-bold">omega-6</strong></em> fatty acids, the unsaturated fats. Besides improving your immune function, they can also help prevent several disease including heart disease and cancer.</p><p class="slate-p">The issue with home cooking is that approximation is used when measuring how much sesame oil (and other ingredients) to use. Our parents call this "<em class="slate-italic">Agar Agar lor!</em>" and it tends to be a lot! While we are highly appreciative that our parents want us to enjoy our food by adding loads of flavours, we are fitness enthusiasts and we&#x27;re always looking to control our calorie intake.</p><p class="slate-p">That&#x27;s why, at Yummy Bros, we are careful to control the amount of sesame oil used to prepare Yummy Sesame Chicken. RENDANG is a popular answer if you ask regular folks on the street. But, what do fitness enthusiasts and the health-conscious think about rendang? Most probably: “So fatty and oily…”

Yummy Beef Rendang is stripped of the excess fat and calories. We use the lean parts of beef and minced it so that the texture is tender. Yummy Chicken Panggang

Here’s our healthier version of the famous Indonesian dish, Ayam Panggang! We’ve made this Indo-Style grilled chicken leaner, higher in protein, and lower in sugar – It’s not overwhelmingly sweet! Prepared with de-boned & de-skinned chicken thigh meat and our in-house marinade with lots of garlicky goodness!
