We recently polled people in Singapore and asked what their favourite hawker comfort food was. If you guessed Wanton Noodles as the popular answer, you're totally right!

It originates from Sichuan, China. Yummy Egg Fried Cauli Rice

蛋炒饭, or ‘Egg Fried Rice’, is a top favourite amongst locals who visit hawker centres and famous restaurants such as Ding Tai Fung. Here’s our healthier version of the famous Indonesian dish, Ayam Panggang! We’ve made this Indo-Style grilled chicken leaner, higher in protein, and lower in sugar – It’s not overwhelmingly sweet! Prepared with de-boned & de-skinned chicken thigh meat and our in-house marinade with lots of garlicky goodness!
