We use skinless, boneless chicken thigh to minimize fat count and maximize the accuracy of nutritional value calculation. The tender meat is marinated in yoghurt, spices, citrus, and herbs over a generous stretch of time. The result: A healthier rendition of the juicy & tender Punjabi classic, Yummy Tandoori Chicken!

Grab the meal from the chiller, reheat, and consume!</li></ol><h3 class="slate-h3">Heating Instructions</h3>Yummy Meals come delivered in biodegradable corn starch based meal boxes that are totally safe for microwaving and withstanding high temperatures.To microwave your meals:<ol class="slate-ol"><li class="slate-li">Remove the meal box and sauce container lids</li><li class="slate-li">Place the meal box lid on top of the meal box without closing it (This helps to retain the moisture of the food.)</li><li class="slate-li">Microwave for 4 minutes</li><li class="slate-li">Enjoy!</li></ol>If you’re steaming your meals, do so for 10 minutes.
