We’re preppin' the cashew nutty chicken in our very own unique way so that every serving gets a consistent distribution of cashew nuts and condiments. This is achieved by creating our own cashew nut paste from scratch and coating it on the well-seasoned chicken breast.

The result: More accurate nutritional values for all servings and a dish that tastes remarkably flavourful!

This Yummy Protein Bowl is made complete with an improvised Thai-style baked pineapple basmati rice and antioxidant-rich asparagus!

Now, let’s discuss the carb & fiber components of this Yummy Protein Bowl.To make the originally-Thai pineapple fried rice recipe halal-and-macro-friendly, we’ve changed up some of the typical ingredients and cooking method.First off, the rice is baked, not stir-fried in heaps of oil. We’ve also used basmati rice, which helps lower the overall glycemic load. Next, we’ve added nutritious chunks of capsicum on top of the pineapple pieces to lift the overall flavour of the rice. We’ve totally forgone the pork lard and floss, which aren’t allowed in our kitchens anyway.The hero of our Thai Cashew Chicken Pineapple Rice Protein Bowl is the greens. <h3 class="slate-h3">Meal Storage Tips</h3>Follow these steps to keep your meals fresh for up to 7 days.<ol class="slate-ol"><li class="slate-li">Upon receiving your meals, store them in the freezer compartment.</li><li class="slate-li">Decide what to eat the next day.</li><li class="slate-li">Transfer that meal to the chiller compartment (So that it isn’t rock solid ice when you want to reheat it.)</li><li class="slate-li">Ready to eat? Grab the meal from the chiller, reheat, and consume!</li></ol><h3 class="slate-h3">Heating Instructions</h3>Yummy Meals come delivered in biodegradable corn starch based meal boxes that are totally safe for microwaving and withstanding high temperatures.To microwave your meals:<ol class="slate-ol"><li class="slate-li">Remove the meal box and sauce container lids</li><li class="slate-li">Place the meal box lid on top of the meal box without closing it (This helps to retain the moisture of the food.)</li><li class="slate-li">Microwave for 4 minutes</li><li class="slate-li">Enjoy!</li></ol>If you’re steaming your meals, do so for 10 minutes.
