BRO TIP: Split this meal into TWO if you can’t consume so much chicken at one go! Just thaw the meal, portion out half, heat up the first half to eat, then heat up the other half later in the day!
For Yummy Satay Chicken, we’ve meticulously counted the nutritional values for the sauce separately from the entire meal. In Yummy Satay Chicken, we use chicken thigh that’s been de-skinned and de-boned. We’ve also removed all the visible fats as much possible to ensure that this Protein Bowl is lean and tender for you.
Our satay sauce and marinade are all prepared in-house so that we can control what goes into it and what doesn’t. The chicken thigh soaks in all the flavours overnight before being charred till satay perfection!

To microwave your meals:
Remove the meal box and sauce container lids
Place the meal box lid on top of the meal box without closing it (This helps to retain the moisture of the food.)
Microwave for 4 minutes
If you’re steaming your meals, do so for 10 minutes.
