蛋炒饭, or ‘Egg Fried Rice’, is a top favourite amongst locals who visit hawker centres and famous restaurants such as Ding Tai Fung. But for #fitspos, like you and I, the high carb’s a concern – especially when you’re on a weight-loss phase! So, we’ve reinvented egg fried rice using cauliflower rice and reduced oil to give you a super low-carb, low-cal meal with the familiar ‘wok-hay’ flavour and delicious chicken charsiew for added protein.
Since there’s no overnight rice and MSG, Uncle Roger might not approve but we don’t care! 😉

Who Says Egg Fried Rice Can’t Be Low-Carb, High in Protein, and Healthy?
We love eating 蛋炒饭, or ‘Egg Fried Rice’, every once in a while but we’re always so fearful because of its relatively high fat and carb contents. Well, fear not, because Yummy Egg Fried Cauli Rice is here to let you savour wok-hay on a more regular basis – and even while you’re on a cut!
This Yummy Protein Bowl comes with 200g of fried “rice” with egg, 100g of delicious chicken charsiew and contains only 282 cal, 9g of fat, and 16.5g of carbs!
How did we do it? We substituted normal rice with cauliflower rice!
Hear us out here. Cauliflower by itself is meh…. But shred it and wok-hay stir fry it with traditional hawker-style fried rice ingredients, you get a Yummilicious low-cal meal! You won’t even realize that you’re eating cauliflower after a few bites!

Upon receiving your meals, store them in the freezer compartment.
Decide what to eat the next day.
Transfer that meal to the chiller compartment (So that it isn’t rock solid ice when you want to reheat it.)
Ready to eat? Grab the meal from the chiller, reheat, and consume!

To microwave your meals:
Remove the meal box and sauce container lids
Place the meal box lid on top of the meal box without closing it (This helps to retain the moisture of the food.)
Microwave for 4 minutes
If you’re steaming your meals, do so for 10 minutes.
